BRIMETA 5 years Limited Warranty
BRIMETA provides a limited warranty for a duration of 5 years. This warranty covers the replacement of parts like TSA locks, wheels and handles for your suitcase. In case your suitcase requires repair, BRIMETA will provide you with the location of their maintenance service center.
However, it's important to note that BRIMETA's limited warranty does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, as well as damage caused by misuse or abuse.
Delivery:
1. STANDARD:
Delivery time: 3-5 business days after the order is purchased.
Free for orders above HKD300.
2. PREMIUM SCHEDULED DELIVERY:
Available only in Hong Kong.
During checkout, you can choose the most convenient day and time slot (2-hour slots) to receive your order at home.
When the delivery is made, you will be asked for a security code, which will be sent to you by email along with your order confirmation. If you want someone else to pick up the order on your behalf, please share the code with them.
Free for orders above HKD3,200.
For orders below that threshold, there is a fee of HKD500.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery. When you receive the parcel, please ensure that it is not damaged in any way.
Please note that once your order is shipped, you cannot change the shipping address.
Care Instructions
To keep your BRIMETA suitcase in excellent condition, please follow these care instructions:
1. Dust and Dirt: Use a damp cloth or a non-abrasive sponge with clean water to remove dust or dirt from the surface of your suitcase.
2. Stubborn Residue: If you encounter stubborn or sticky residue, you can safely remove it by using a simple alcohol, such as Isopropyl. Apply the alcohol to a cloth and gently rub the affected area.
3. Embrace Dents and Scratches: Deep dents or scratches on your suitcase should be seen as a unique patina that adds character to your BRIMETA. Unfortunately, these cannot be removed. Embrace them as they contribute to the individuality of your case.
4. Leather Components: For caring and cleaning any leather parts, use a mild cleaning agent and a soft cloth to gently remove surface dirt. Occasionally, it's recommended to treat the leather with a conventional, neutral-colored maintenance product.
5. Avoid Damaging Substances: Do not use scouring detergents, abrasive cloths or sponges, window cleaning agents, vinegar-based cleaners and disinfectants, solvents, dilutions and aggressive alcohols, petroleum distillates, or nail polish remover on your BRIMETA. These substances can cause damage.
Remember to handle your suitcase with care during cleaning and maintenance to ensure its longevity and appearance.
Refund Policy
If you have made a purchase from the BRIMETA online shop, you have the right to return the products. To ensure a successful return, please make sure to return the item in its original packaging, including any accompanying accessories and complimentary gift set. The return should be initiated within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, provided that the items are complete, unused, and undamaged.
Please note that for online purchases, we can only accept return shipments from the same country to which the items were originally delivered. If you wish to return an item purchased from the BRIMETA online shop, kindly contact us to initiate the return process and create a return label. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

If your order has been declined, there is no need to place a new order right away. In this situation, it is recommended to contact our Client Care team for assistance.
